Research On The Compilation Achievement Of The "Khitay" Legal Documents

There are a large number of China's ancient folk “Khitay” legal documents in the world,and the corresponding “Khitay” legal document nouns are also produced.“Khitay”legal document nouns refer to a kind of document nouns in order to ensure the interests of both parties and develop the appropriate rules when a certain power and obligation relationship happen between the two sides who live in the substrate society,which have the corresponding legal significance,such as contracts,characters,etc.“Khitay” legal documents are the original text information generated from the various social activities directly,vividly and truly record the development status of socio-economic,politics,culture,law and other aspects in the various historical periods,which have primitive,authenticity and uniqueness,and are the important reproduction of the social development,folk people's daily life at that time.As very valuable historical document and historical archives,“Khitay” legal documents have important research value and practical significance,therefore,its meaning is also self-evident.Since the 1980 s,a large number of “Khitay” legal documents were found,whose value was receiving increasing attention.In different regions,there have “Khitay” legal documents to be centralize published,edited and compiled and published in accordance with certain principles,but no scholar has sorted out and carried out a systematic analysis on the “Khitay” legal document nouns in “Khitay” legal documents.The research of this paper is mainly based on the original “Khitay” historical materials,and takes the published “Khitay” legal document assembly as the supplement,to collate,sort out and systematically summarize some important or common “Khitay” legal document nouns involved in it,as well as analyze and explore the initial background of its emergence,the overall process of the formation,its application areas,etc.The research of this paper on China's ancient “Khitay” legal document nouns mainly starts from the produce dynasty and the original meaning of the “Khitay” legal document nouns,and the analysis is carried out from three aspects – the development characteristics of each dynasty,the specific “Khitay” legal document nouns category and the basic meaning,the application and significance of legal instrument nouns,and the specificstructure is divided into three parts: the first part is about the origin and basic composition characteristics of “Khitay” legal document nouns;the second part is about the basic composition characteristics of the development of various periods' “Khitay” legal document nouns in the various dynasties;the third part systematically classifies the China's ancient “Khitay” legal document nouns,and discusses some landmark “Khitay”legal document nouns in detail.In conclusion,this paper uses historical philology,linguistics and other related theories,inherits the research methods for the document nouns from predecessors on the whole,conducts a systematic,in-depth summary study on the existing and available ancient “Khitay” instrument nouns involved in the ancient “Khitay” legal document,which has important academic research value.
