Internship Report For Manzhouli Foreign Affairs Office

Manzhouli City is located in the northeastern part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,bordering with Russia and Mongolia.It is located in the center of Northeast Asia Economic Circle.It is known as the "East Asia Window" and it is the largest land port in China.With the recent strategic cooperative partnership between Russia and China,which has been improved,Manzhouli City has become a very important strategic fulcrum of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia.The number of Manzhouli City's foreign affairs activities and the exchange documents are gradually increased.Manzhouli Foreign Affairs office is responsible for a large number of translations and interpreters for foreign affairs between China,Russia and Mongolia.In the case of compliance with the relevant national secrecy laws,and to obtain the consent of the Manzhouli Foreign Affairs Office,this paper shows the author's internship experience in Manzhouli Foreign Affairs Office and the practice part of the article is used as the main research object which was assembled during the internship,summarized the translation strategies and methods,and described the practice summary and the harvest experience.This master's thesis is an internship report.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the internship,mainly about the authorsplace of doing the intership with Manzhouli Foreign Affairs office,describes the author's job responsibilities and Undertake translation tasks,introduces the progress of the translation task.The second part is the description of the translation process,it includes: physical and psychological preparation,vocabulary preparation and auxiliary tool preparation.This part is also about the analyzing of the language features of translation tasks,proofreading and revising.The third part is the translation case analysis.The author summarizes the guiding role of translation strategies and translation methods in vocabulary and sentence translation process through a large number of translation cases,listed translation methods-transliteration,paraphrase,broken syntax and so on.The fourth part is the internship summary.It is also about the authors experienced which were received during the internship.Finally,the author shares with it experienced with us.
