With the rapid development of the times,the social competition is becoming more and more serious,the employment of college students is very serious,the society is more and more high demand for the full development and the high quality talents.In recent years,countries to actively promote the reform and practice of quality education,strive to cultivate talents with all-round development,public art education as aesthetic education in Colleges and universities in the core,in the training of high-quality,innovative thinking and comprehensive development of human resources in play a unique role,more and more people pay attention to.The literature study of public art education has increased significantly,and public art education has achieved good results,especially in key schools.As a part of higher education,the private vocational colleges are still in the primary stage.This is the current situation of private vocational colleges,public art education is standardized,public education quality,it needs further research.The author tries to explore a way to meet the characteristics of private vocational colleges in our country,the public art education road,and strive to provide practical suggestions for the public art education in the private higher vocational colleges,and help the public art education in the construction of private higher vocational colleges,and train more outstanding young talents.Under the guidance of the theory of total quality management,the paper analyzes and compares the value orientation of education method,and analyzes and compares the implementation process and experience of public art education in four stages based on the four stages of the value orientation of the education method.This paper is divided into five parts:the first chapter is introduction,introduces the research method,literature review,and introduces the basis of this research and the current research progress.The second chapter introduces the related theory of the standardization construction and public art education.In the third chapter,in the case of four private vocational colleges in Nanjing,through questionnaire survey and data analysis,the present situation and problems of public art education in private higher vocational colleges are discussed.The fourth chapter,from the domestic and foreign colleges and universities in the construction of public art experience;the fifth chapter,from the raise awareness and improve the public art education management system,improve the public art management institutions,standardize the public art education curriculum system,strengthen the construction of the conditions,optimize the education evaluation system,standard public art education activities carried out the corresponding countermeasures.
