The Bible is an extremely special text by its theological, historical and literary value. Nowadays, literary features in the Bible have aroused wider attention than ever before, and the mainstream of the Bible study has turned into its literariness, which offers an opportunity to explore artistic effects, language skills and aesthetic significance from the perspective of literary text, thus, figure out its literary value. In all its 66 books, The Psalms was characterized by language and aesthetic value in the largest extent.The study of translation aesthetics has focused on the beauty of language, of which those external and visual features are defined as "formal features", and internal and abstract "informal features". They are two basic parts of language beauty. Besides, the usage of various aesthetic representation methods in different figures of speech produces their own aesthetic effects. Generally speaking, it is of great significance to explore the Bible in literary way from the perspective of translation aesthetic.Based on The Revised King James Version and Chinese Union Version of the Bible, this paper lays its theoretical foundation in translation aesthetics. It aims to explore the representation of language beauty in the Psalms of Chinese Union Version, both from the perspective of formal features, including speech, word and sentence, and from the angle of informal features, consisting of emotion, artistic conception and symbolism, through which, try to analyze the representations of language beauty in Chinese Union Version and their effects in various ways. In addition, this paper has drawn attention to the figures of speech in English and Chinese version, discussing the usage of simile, personification, and metonymy in English version and how they are reproduced in Chinese version, and finally lead to the representation of beauty.
