"Biaoshi,biaoda,biaoxian,biaoming" are not synonyms,but students have difficulty in learning these words.The paper is about the error analysis of "biaoshi,biaoda,biaoxian,biaoming".This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction,including:1.The purpose and significance of the research,2.Review of related researches,3.The theory and method of research,4.The sources of corpus in the paper.The introduction introduce the background of this paper.The second part is about the syntactic and semantic analysis of "biaoshi,biaoda,biaoxian,biaoming".This part analyze many examples of "biaoshi,biaoda,biaoxian,biaoming",then concluding syntactic functions and semantic features of each word.The third part is the error analysis of "biaoshi,biaoda,biaoxian,biaoming".All errors are divided into the syntactic and semantic errors.The syntactic errors of the four words can be divided into four kinds:1.Shortage,2.Redundance,3.The misuse,4.Improper collocation.The semantic errors are about confusion.We can analyze these errors with syntactic functions and semantic features.So we could help overseas student to learn these words better.The fourth part is about the suggestions of teaching "biaoshi,biaoda,biaoxian,biaoming".Firstly,we point out the difficulties of teaching,then putting forward several methods of the teaching.These methods can help teachers to teach efficiently.
