| College Students’ mental health is always the key point that Country and Society concerned. How to improve college students’ mental health is also the priority among priorities, and interpersonal relationship is undoubtedly the key that effecting college students’ mental health. This research taking college students as the objects, look into the features of their self-compassion, conflict resolution strategies and interpersonal satisfaction, and the self-compassion how to influence their conflict resolution strategy and interpersonal satisfaction. This research expand objects of studies, summarize and extend previous researches. It not only has reference value for the the related researches in future and provide theoretical basis and guidance for improving interpersonal satisfaction and mental health.This research based on self-compassion’s functional mechanism theory and designed two studies. By means of questionnaire method and experimental method, we investigate the self-compassion how to influence people’s conflict resolution strategy and interpersonal satisfaction in the college students’ group. We try to prove :the traits of self-compassion is significant correlated with individual conflict resolution strategy, and people who has higher level of self-compassion tend to chose positive strategy; the traits of self-compassion could effect undergraduates’ interpersonal satisfaction directly and could also effect their interpersonal satisfaction by effect their conflict resolution strategy; experimental group members show more tend to choose positive strategy after inspire their self-compassion state than control group members; experimental group members’ interpersonal satisfaction reach a higher level than control group members,and their conflict resolution strategy effect interpersonal satisfaction in a different way after their self-compassion state is inspired. By statistic analysis, the main conclusions are as follows:1. In generally, undergraduates show a high level of self-compassion and when they face conflicts most of undergraduates tend to use more resolution strategies. And most of undergraduates have a positive evaluation on interpersonal relationship;2. The high level of self-compassion people tend to use more positive strategy toresolute conflicts;3. The high level of self-compassion people show higher level of interpersonal satisfaction;4. Conflict resolution strategy show partly mediate function in the relationship between the traits of self-compassion and interpersonal satisfaction;5. Conflict resolution strategy show complete mediate function in the relationship between self-compassion state and interpersonal satisfaction;6. After their self-compassion state is inspired, positive strategy’s positive effect for interpersonal satisfaction is more significant;7. Both self-compassion state and the traits of self-compassion has a positive effect on cooperating strategy, and they could effect interpersonal satisfaction indirectly by effect cooperating strategy. |
