Male attachment avoidance had a significant impact on femaleclose relationship satisfaction(b=--1.74,p=0.031). Male adult attachment avoidance had asignificant impact on his own constructive conflict resolution behaviors(b=--0.23,p=0.015).Female adult attachment anxiety had a significant impact on her own constructive conflictresolution behaviors(b=--0.22,p=0.03). Male constructive conflict resolution behaviors had asignificant impact on his own close relationship satisfaction(b=2.78, p=0.049). Maleconstructive conflict resolution behaviors had a significant impact on female close relationshipsatisfaction(b=4.33,p=0.003).The result of mediating effect test was male constructive conflictresolution behaviors fully mediated male adult attachment avoidance and female closerelationship satisfaction. The conclusions were as follows:(1) Male adult attachment avoidance had a significant negative impact on his own close relationship satisfaction, and female adult attachment avoidance had a significant negativeimpact on her own close relationship satisfaction. For female, her partner’s attachmentavoidance had a significant negative impact on her own close relationship satisfaction.(2)Male adult attachment avoidance had a significant negative impact on his own constructiveconflict resolution behaviors, and female adult attachment anxiety had a significant negativeimpact on her own constructive conflict resolution behaviors.(3) Male constructive conflict resolution behaviors had a significant positive impact on his ownclose relationship satisfaction, and for female, her partner’s constructive conflict resolutionbehaviors had a significant positive impact on her own close relationship satisfaction.(4) Male constructive conflict resolution behaviors fully mediated male adult attachmentavoidance and female close relationship satisfaction.
