This paper is trying to implement an advanced research on the adverbial words of Yanran and Fangfu individually, which is depended on the study of predecessors and research on the aspects of semantic, syntactic form-class,the development of meaning and so on.We support the idea that the adverb of Yanran represents three different types of significance, such as “acting as if in real concern”, “speciousness” and “emphasis or prominence”. Also there are three meanings which Fangfu stands for, the meaning of“similarity”, “sensation” and “deduce”. There are both of similarities and differences between the semantic features of Yanran and Fangfu. Firstly, for the common points of view, they can be used to show the similarity of things and people's feeling. However, they have some differences in the scope of application. There are more limited by Yanran than Fangfu generally speaking. For the meaning of “similarity”,Fangfu can be used for both “presentational similar” and “non representational similarity”, also can be used for both “enhance similar” and “non lifting similar”. It's a pity that Yanran can only represents the meaning of “presentational similar” and“enhance similar”.For the meaning of sensation, Fangfu contains two types, like“exaggerated sensation” and “non exaggerated sensation”. However, “exaggerated sensation” only belongs to Yanran. Secondly, for the differences, Yanran has the meaning both of “acting as if in real concern” and “emphasis or prominence”,while Fangfu has none. On the other side, Fangfu has the meaning of “non affirmative deduce”, but Yanran doesn't possess this meaning.
