Centering upon Qi concept in Guan-Zi's Four Chapters, on the one hand, this paper analysis and interpretation the Jing and Qi Doctrine through method of comparative analysis, reveals its inheritance and breakthrough on Lao-Zi and Zhuang –Zi's Taoism, on the other hand, combined with the Annals of Lu Bu-Wei,the book of the prince of Huai-Nan,this paper interpretation the Qi concept in Guan-Zi's Four Chapters how to enlightenment the thinking of qin and han dynasties Taoism.Guan-Zi's Four Chapters is written by Huang-Di and Lao-Zi Taoism during the middle and late warring states period. The Jing and Qi Doctrine in Guan-Zi's Four Chapters is a breakthrough on Lao-Zi and Zhuang –Zi's Taoism. On the one hand, Guan-Zi's Four Chapters continuation and developed the taoism of Lao- zi,such as inconceivability,vain quiet,non-action,anti-de road dynamic and other important concept and connotation, on the other hand,take the Jing and Qi Doctrine as a fulcrum, Guan-Zi's Four Chapters discusses the situation of Taoist keeping in good health, governance theory.This paper analyzes the theory of Jing and Qi Doctrine, the relation of Tao and Qi, body and spirit and cultivating in Guan-Zi's Four Chapters. I believe the Jing and Qi is the origin of the world as the Tao, to a certain extent realizes the Tao-QI unity. And on the relationship of body and mind, the authors suggest that Qi, body, and spirit is unified. On the cultivation theory, the author refining and analyzes the related content of how to repair the heart and cultivate one's morality in Guan-Zi's Four Chapters.On this basis, the author has chosen relatively representative works of Huang-Di and Lao-Zi Taoism-- the Annals of Lu Bu-Wei,the book of the prince of Huai-Nan, to illustrate Guan-Zi's Four Chapters how to the influence of the qin and han dynasties Taoist thought. These two works has some breakthrough ideas mainly in the dialectical character of Jing and Qi Doctrine and the way of cultivate compared with Guan-Zi's Four Chapters.This paper aims at reduction the course of Taoist thought, find the similarities and differences of primitive Taoism and Huang-Di Taoism. As the same time,the author want to offering some solutions to the problem of mind depart from body and ease the mind in reality. I hope develop the individual to be a human of indomitable, achieve the society be a harmonious whole.
