Teaching material is a significant part of teaching procedure, which plays an important role of teaching and learning. In China, most of the research on comparison of TCSOL material seems between two Chinese books. Therefore, this paper compares and analyzes two different languages teaching materials. Language difference is inevitable, as long as it is an excellent teaching material for the second language, there must be worth learning on arrangement of structure for reference.The paper selects "New Concept English I" and "Boya Chinese junior started" as a comparative material. The paper analyses these two different primary second language teaching materials— "New Concept English Book I" and "Boya Chinese · Elementary I, II " —thus comprehensive comparison are from details of the structure and overall of the structure to find strengths and weaknesses of these two books in order to take "Boya Chinese" as the representative, hoping to give some advice of arrangement in international Chinese primary comprehensive teaching materials.This paper can be divided into the following sections:Chapter 1: Introduction. The significance of the topic, research object, research status and research methods.Chapter 2: The comparison of overall structure of "Boya Chinese" and "New Concept English".Chapter 3: The comparison of details structure of "Boya Chinese" and "New Concept English".Chapter 4: Arrangement Proposals of international Chinese education primary comprehensive teaching materials.Summary.
