| The variety of volunteers activities in Wuhan has affected all aspects of people’s daily lives. However, the introduction of laws, regulations, policies and other relevant provisions lags behind in Guangdong, Sichuan, Nanjing, Beijing and Shanghai.At present, Wuhan puts mental stimulation as a major aspect, and the material incentives as a complementary, makes the incentives co-exist that from top to bottom and self-excitation. Overall, the volunteer incentive in Wuhan is still in its infancy. The existing volunteer incentive in Wuhan are contribute to give full play to the moral models,to give necessary compensation of material costs in volunteers service, and to stimulate the initiative of grass-roots managers. But the problems can not be ignored, mainly as follows: incorrect public opinion orientation leads to the lack of self identity of the volunteers; the weak culture leads to the lack of volunteer atmosphere; the less pre-job skills training is not conducive to enhance the ability of volunteers; ignoring the process of motivation makes the poor quality of volunteer service.This paper analysis the characteristics, advantages and problems of Wuhan volunteer incentive through investigating and understanding the current situation and problems, and put forward measures combined with related experience of management and construction abroad. Establishes incentive mechanism from all the volunteers service before and after the process to the service through the guidance of public opinion, volunteer cultural construction, pre-job skills training and motivation and management in the process.Balance volunteers’ moral costs, stabilize and develop the existing team of volunteers mainly though pay volunteers moral costs. Provides a useful reference for Wuhan to consolidate construction achievements of the "National Civilized City", to build the city of "Volunteers City" at an early date and to carry out and implement the public convention. |
