| With the rise and development of learning Chinese, more foreigners came to China to learn Chinese. At the same time, the establishment of the Confucius institute in foreign countries enables people to have more access to approach Chinese culture. Culture links two counties with different backgrounds like a bridge that it will appear pale without it or garish with more. The paper grants current learning Chinese conditions as a basis that Chinese learners lack understandings of Chinese culture; Chinese culture reading textbooks are not available and practical for students wherever they are from; Chinese culture is a necessary member in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language(TCSL). And those elements lead to the analysis on the Culture reading materials and textbooks. The paper mainly focus on the edition of books and find some existing problems, based on which, and some suggestions will be made, and designing the examples of new Chinese culture reading textbooks will also be made finally. The analysis and research will better revise the edition of Chinese Culture reading textbooks, and it will evoke the Chinese learner to learn Chinese culture well, to motivate the spreading and development of Chinese culture.The paper mainly focuses on the former eight textbooks and analyzes the aspects and compares with them. Two material books are used for researching on the Chinese culture Themes. Besides the method of comparison, date statistics is also mainly used in the paper.The paper analyzes the edition of the overall textbooks, of the lessons, of the new words,of the exercises, and these four main contents also contain many different aspects that will be researched as well, which tries to make this analysis more credible and all-sided.Finally on the analysis and research, some designs will be given to help edit the Chinese culture reading textbooks for TCSL.Analyzing the statistics and materials of textbooks can help to design a scientificlesson of culture textbooks, which can provide a reference for editors and overseas students. That also can make culture reading textbooks more reasonable and adaptable. |
