Study On Nietzsche's Artistic Theory Of The Will To Power

Nietzsche is a post-modern aesthetician. His aesthetic views break the modern aesthetic pattern of he beauty of peace and construct new aesthetic pattern of the beauty of fighting. The foundation of his aesthetic system is the will to power. The eternal and generative will to power,that is the origin of the world, has right to its own legislation. In Nietzsche 's view, the will to power,which filled with rich strength,is the unity of contradiction between generation and extermination. Then Art is born from it. Nietzsche use Art to deliver the will to power.But art can't control the will to power so entirely that the art is charmed with the will to power. So the delivery consist of " conveying " and "reach" : firstly, the art's creating process is conveying the will to power to human,the art means Aesthetic skills. Secondly, when the will to power is passed to humans who must enjoy its will and its power, purpose of the will to power come over: humans hunger for be so strong that they become the superman.In Nietzsche 's view, superman shoulder the responsibility,namely, the doctor's responsibility,for the weak controlled and kinds of decadent human.In other words,the art that has inner connections to the will to power and the superman,is a doctor for the treatment of humans. This doctor must ringing the bell to the patients who shouldn't were survived, and lead humans towards the team of the strong and the healthy.Based on the understanding of Nietzsche 's thought, we elucidate Nietzsche 's Artistic theory as faithfully as possible. Secondly, as a Aesthetic skill,art is objectification of the will to power as artistic content. Art is a process of the will to power conveyed to humans and taken in by humans.Finally,people take exteriorization of esthetical experience as their ways to life, so as to make the will to power no change. Art is viewed as humanoid life forms.Nietzsche 's Artistic theory has certain positive value for China's modernization.When people are lost in secular life,busying with science and economy, their spirit world must go to alienation and deformity. Undoubtedly,the superman thought that based on the will to power has a certain guiding significance to enrich humannature,construct the ideal social value, and safeguard national order.
