The Interactive Relationship Study Of Network Technology And Network Culture Of Information Times

With the changing times, the Internet has been playing an increasingly important role in people's life. Development of network technology not only brings the convenience to human beings, but also promotes the evolution of society and culture, and it gave birth to an unprecedented new cultural forms which is network culture. Internet culture has brought the long years of human society into a bizarre new world, and rewrite the existing experience of human life. In current information times, the interaction between network technology and network culture has affected profoundly on every aspect of people's daily life, and has been becoming an important factor in building the world's social political, economic, cultural and military.This paper is based on emergence and development of network technology and Internet culture, take the interactive relationship as a starting point, and make a comprehensive description of the intrinsic relationship between them as well as the performance of their interactions. In the course of discussion, firstly, the author try to explain the deep relationship from two aspects, which is technical projection of the culture and the cultural inheritance of technology. Then specifically discussed how to promote the innovation of network culture by technology and how to stimulate the healthy development of network technology by culture. At the same time, the author considers the negative effects arising from the interaction and proposes the feasible measures, try to build a healthy condition for interaction by the means of self-discipline guidance, management mechanisms strengthening and mainstream culture's propaganda, thus protecting the network technology and Internet culture's positive development, and to achieve the progress of human civilization.The framework of this paper is divided into three parts. Firstly, the author will introduce the research background, theoretical status, research significance and goals of the topic, and then is research methods and innovation of the article. The first part describes the concepts and features of the keywords mentioned in this article. The second part focuses on the interaction mechanisms between network technology and Internet culture, including the specific performance and impact of network cultural innovation and network technological advance. The third part analyses the objective environment that desired by positive interaction of network technology and network culture from a rational perspective, and proposes the reasonable countermeasures.
