| The present research reveals how conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and self-monitoring affect university students' location of learning consulting network and learning collaboration network by combining qualitative method with quantitative method. And then we certificate that one's learning consulting and learning collaboration relationship can affect his friendship and trust relationship from the view of structuralism. The sample of the research is 297 university students coming from nine classes of four majors of two universities in city of Beijing and Harbin,In this research, we test the applicability of questionnaire of network and the reliability and validity of self-monitoring scale.we utilize the methods of Hierarchical Linear Models and Social Network Analysis, and get the conclusion as follows:1. Individual's position of broker to a large extent is decided by the group'personality he embeds in student learning consulting network.2. Those people who are conscientious, friendly, considerate and study hard tend to be the people who others want to collaborate with in learning collaboration network. If under the circumstance in which all members in class are at high level of self-monitoring, the collaboration opportunity of individual with others will be promoted.3. The student learning consulting and learning collaboration relationship can affect the friendship and trust relationship in university. |
