At present, Chinese Enterprise is facing the new development. With the improvement of market operation system and the innovative innovation of Science & technology, enterprises ushered in a new development opportunity, at the same time, with the increasing competition of the innovative enterprises, the market competition is also furious. At the background of chance co-existence with challenge, the higher standard should be formulated in the field of human resource management and employee training. Establish and improve the training system become one of the important work for enterprise human resource management. Training is joined in company management increasingly with the professional and diversified training content and mode. The domestic company is taking more and more attention to the training research and practice.With the Yipeng Technology company's rapid development and strategic needs, the company existing training system, has been unable to adapt to changing markets and business development strategy requirements. How to improve the quality of staff and improve employee job performances has become the key to gaining access to competitive advantage. This dissertation embark on the practice of Yipeng Technology company's staff training, guided by the modern staff training theories, by means of questionnaires, interviewing, after thoroughly investing and analyzing the actuality. Points out the existent Problems during the current training's contents and methods, does a training needs analysis according to the practical situation, bases on successful experiences in training and management of human resource management theory, discusses and designs about how to build a new staff training system thoroughly and systematically. It is also proposed that how to provide the powerful guarantee during implemental period to make this system more scientific efficient and last to meet their expectation.
