| Middle school teachers' psychological quality, which is the core personality in education practice, generation and accumulation, is closely related to the physical and mental development of students and significantly influences their psychological quality. For high school teachers, the generation and development of other qualities is based on psychological quality. It is an indispensable professional and adaptive psychological characteristics for high school teachers. Generally, it consist of three elements, professional cognitions, vocational character and adaptability.This contribution explores the basic structure and the latest status of high school teachers' psychological, for the purpose of finding training methods. Based on sufficient literature review and interview first-rate middle school teachers, a formal questionnaire is organized. Using this tool, experimental and training research of high school teachers' psychological quality is launched. Research conclusions are as follows,(1) The high school teachers' psychological quality self-designed questionnaire includes six dimensions: professional identity, teaching investment, education creativity, gregarious, achievement motivate, body adaptability and mind adaptability. The total number of entries are 36.(2) The reliability and effectiveness show that the questionnaire has good internal consistency reliability, structural validity., It can be used in survey and research of high school teachers' psychological quality.(3) Current high school teachers' psychological quality levels are at medium high level, but on the other hand, are not balanced between different developing factors. The total score and the ones of each factors appear high-low-low-high with the age growth.(4) Strategy to deal with stress is an effective intermediary variable when using psychological qualities to restrain the occupational stress.(5) Group counseling to improve school teachers' psychological quality have certain effect, but to the long-term, the system of training would be better. |
