Junior middle school is very important to students, their positive personality and good will quality are all forming during the period. How to improve their mental health to make sure they pass the puberty smoothly is a question need to be researched. Previous studies have proved that, through the positive orientation of group training, students’ depression and anxiety can be effectively released, their self-confidence and self efficacy can also be enhanced.In order to further study the intervention effect of positive orientation group counseling to junior middle school students on mental health, the research includes two parts:the first part based on literature analysis, forming a training programs aims to improve the mental health level of auxiliary; the second part using empirical studies conducted by group counseling scheme in studying the establishment of positive psychology and auxiliary scheme of junior middle school students mental health improvement is effective. The object of research is chosen from a middle school of Changsha. Totally 164 students from 3 classes. Experimental group interfered for eight times a week, in contrast to the blank group.This study by adopting the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, using spss17.0 for data analysis, the conclusion is as follows:1. This study shows that positive orientation of group psychological counseling scheme can effectively improve the mental health of junior middle school student.2.The positive group psychological counseling shows a significant effective to interpersonal sensitive,emotional imbalance, depression and anxiety,and has a facilitation to develop their positive personality. |
