With the acceleration of the paces that China walking to the world,in order to adapt the “Chinese fever”, by October 2015 23 rd, there appears nearly 500 confusions academies and 1000 confusion classes all around the world.International Chinese teaching’s thriving shows China’s nation power, which is a important rapid way to spread Chinese culture. Culture’s spreading relies on language, language’s spreading accelerate the culture’s spreading.In the promotion,folk culture has boundless charming,it is the crystallization of human activities wisdom, it has connections with the economic and political in different times. With great influence and fusion power, folk culture can help people more standard and service the people better. Folk culture which should have been in an important place in international Chinese teaching is becoming not enough attention---getting,for various reasons.The culture phenomenon created and spread forms like verbal, physical,customs, behavior Informal and unofficial are---folk culture. Folk culture and Chinese teaching are interdependent. Beside language, the folk culture is also an essential element to solve the doubt like “why Chinese say like that” and “what the meaning of that” appears in foreign Chinese learner’mind. Pull the folk culture into Chinese teaching can help the foreign students to know and accept Chinese culture, which also help the daily activities efficiency.Although Foreign Chinese teaching has no fixed law, but follow some kinds teaching principle can control the class better.For example, using the teaching practical principle near to teaching target can make student apply their knowledge and saving energy. Another example is to divide learners like junior high school for their different needs. Moreover, compare different culture to the students. Teachings at the point of intercultural communication will resolve the problem which caused by culture diffidence appears in Chinese learners during the learningThis essay first introduces the concept and feature of folk culture, then gives the statement of teaching Chinese as a second language and folk culture teaching’s meaning. Then integrate teaching cases and list the basic folk culture teaching principles in Chinese teaching, and point out some lack points still appears in Chinese foreign teaching, for more attention on the problems and a better solution in teaching Chinese.
