| This study explored the effect of sandplay therapy on college students’ self-identity.Subjects of the study are recruited through posters and internet,and the subjects who are in low level of self-identity are choosed.In this three-month consultation,each participator joined the sandplay therapy about 1~1.5 hours each time,participation times ranging from 7 to 12 times. The self-identity of participators were measured by EISMS before and after, to analyze and compare the difference of before and after.Meanwhile analyzing the sandplay works of each participator by series,to explore the effects of the intervention Finally,we found that:(1) The data measured by EISMS before and after revealed that now commitment and future commitment had been significantly increased.(2) The data measured by EISMS before and after revealed that the self-identity of cases had been increased in different degrees.(3) The characteristics and mechanism of sandplay therapy are applicable to the integration of College Students’ self identity. |
