The Bamboo Slips Of Shuihudi Tomb From Qin Dynasty

The bamboo slips of Shuihudi tomb of Qin dynasty was a batch of precious bamboo slips, which was unearthed in Y unmeng of Hube i Province in 1975. The value of the bamboo slips of Shuihudi tomb of Qin dynasty which was em bodied in various aspects, such as laws, system, history, customs, linguistics etc. At present, the academic circle has already carried on an in-dep th study on its m any aspects. During the last four decades, the study of Linguistics was mainly focus on the aspect of words textual research, and more and more systematic researches were also based on lexical system and grammar in recen t years, but there was lack of an in-dep th and comprehensive study on polysyllabic words. So this paper bases on the m ethod of lexical interpretation to make a study on the polysyllabic words of legal documents of the bamboo slips of Shuihudi tomb of Qin dynasty, aim at investigating the value of the polysyllabic words, which provides the textual research for dictionaries.This paper is divided into four pa rts as follows: Firstly, the exordium out lines the necessity and significance of th e topic. Secondly, to analyze the current research status of the polysyllabic words of legal docum ents of the bambo o slips of Shuihudi tomb of Qin dynasty. Lastly, to introduce the research m eth od and the research steps of this paper.The content of the first chapter are the definition and the judgment standard of the polysyllabic words.The content of t he second chapter is t he classification of the polysyllabic words, which is classified by gr ammatical structure. These polysyllabic words are arranged by the phonetic ordering with explanation and prove nance, which contains combined structure, structure of modification, subject-predicate structure,verb-object construction com bined predicate structure, and other s tructures.The conclusion is divided in to three parts as f ollows: Firstly, to rete ll the judgment standard of the polysyllabic words and put forward four judgment standards for scholar's reference. Secondly, this paper summarizes the bene fit of this study on dictionary compilation. Thirdly, this paper briefly depicts the deficiency of this article.
