With the development of scientific technology and media technology,people have higher requirements for vision.They won't be satisfied with audiovisual works which are shot and clipped simply,while it should have a difference in the sense of tableau and more visual impact.Over time,it become film industry.Animation is the general term for cartoon,comic and the industries associating with both of them.Nowadays,the domestic animation industry is in the doldrums.One of the reasons is the influence of the traditional perception which is that animation is the captive goods for young children and a visual feast in the recreation and leisure time.Fewer and fewer people were involved in animation's design and creation because of fewer attention on it.Maize is an example in this thesis.Growth cycle of maize and microscopic alternation in different environment are showed in the form of animation.It not only change people's prejudices about animation but also find the bonding point between agricultural and animation by combining art and agriculture.It was edited by particular software in the computer.Anything people cannot be directly seen by the naked eye or microscopic changes cannot be taken with a camera directly are showed in animation.1?Titles are made by Maya,a three-dimensional software.In this thesis,a plant growth process for the title,including germinating,growing,flowering.At the time of the petals expanding,a LOGO of maize comes into view firstly,which reminds audience about the content of the video.It exactly echo with the maize cultivar,Wang ND.1.Life cycle of Wang ND.1,the name of the video would appear immediately and freeze for 3 second,in order for spectator to see clearly the name and the content of the video.2?Roles are designed by PS,a two-dimensional software.The designs of the roles' image have an important influence on a animation work.The success or failure of a flash is depend on the designs of the roles' image.A distinctive cartoon image can be more likely to capture viewers' attention than a simple plot.The designs of the roles' image can leave an indelible impression on audience in a animation work.May say that the character design is the soul of a animation work.Viewers' value judgment of an animated character,not only simply stay on exaggerated and humorous appearance,but also include intrinsic moral and personality traits.However,it's difficult to show intrinsic moral and personality traits from appearance,which reflects that whether the designs of the roles' image are excellence or not.Outstanding roles not only have artistic value,but also have economic value.Animation involved in this thesis is life cycle of Wang ND.1.Since the time of scripting main characters have been divided into two groups.One is a very excellent and strong “mother” who overcomes a lot of difficulties and the other one is a “son” in different environment.3?Microscopic alternation of maize are showed by After Effects(AE).Aftereffect is a late special effect and compositing software.It can edit some special scenes in computer to achieve the desired visual effect which include some impossible shoots in real life and some is too difficult or expensive to shoots.The later material synthesis of this anime video involved in this paper are made by Aftereffect,and some cells' microscopic alternation which are unable to shoot are made by Aftereffect too.
