| Objective:Discussing the characteristics of cervical lesions and HPV infection in Qinghai area from 2013 to 2017:1.The distribution of HPV subtypes in outpatients and hospitalized women and the distribution over the different age.2.Distribution of cervical cancer,including CIN and distribution of this disease in various age segments.3.The relationship between cervical cancer,including CIN,and high-risk HPV subtype,to guide women improve their own health,and providing theoretical support for medical work at the meantime.Methods:Females,from January 2013 to December 2017 whose age vary from 18-80 years and have sex experience more than 3 years,has been selected to do the research of retrospective analyze.These cases are all collected from the Hospital of Qinghai.47565 patients underwent HPV test among the patients enrolled,and were stratified considering their age,then the HPV infection rates were calculated for each age segment individually,and the distribution of HPV subtypes was calculated in different age segment.There are 39696 patients underwent TCT and the patients,who are positive in TCT,were examined by colposcopy and cervical biopsy.The incidence of CIN and the distribution of the CIN in different age segment were acquired using the same method likewise before.33768 patients were screened by both HPV and TCT,and the relationship between the incidence of CIN and HPV infection has been analyzed.The statistics above were statistically processed.Results:47565 female patients who underwent HPV typing screening,the HPV infection rate is 15.58%.Among 7413 patients with HPV infection,6492 were single HPV infections and 921 were multiple HPV infections with infection rates of 87.58% and 12.42%.The detection rates of each HPV subtypes were calculated in patients with HPV infection,of which the highest detection rate is HPV16,58,52,39,53,31,33,18.The ages of 45-49 HPV infection rate is the lowest,the formation of trough,18-29 years old and ? 55 years old groups' infection rate are relatively high,which are form peaks in these two segments.39696 routine underwent TCT tests routinely,and the number of cervical biopsy cases was 1221 cases,?CINI have 906 cases,the prevalence was 2.28%,? CINII have 600 cases,the prevalence is 1.51%.The highest prevalence of CINI age group 30-39 years old,40-49 CNII,CINIII,cervical cancer prevalence are the highest.33768 cases of both HPV screening and TCT,and the number of cervical biopsy cases was1182 cases,318 were CINII,141 were CINIII,and 99 were cervical cancer.In CINII patients,HPV infection rate is 87.24%,In CINIII patients,the HPV infection rate is 90.59%,Cervical cancer cases,HPV infection rate is 99%.As the level of CIN increases,the rate of HPV infection increases,and HPV-16 infection rates are highest among CIN classes.Conclusion:The infection rate of HPV in Qinghai was 15.58%.The main infection subtypes were 16,58 and 52.The lowest HPV infection rate group is the 45-49 years old segment,Which forming a trough.The highest HPV infection rate groups are 18-29 years old and 55 years old segments,Which are forming peaks.The prevalence of CINII,CINIII and cervical cancer among women aged 40-49 is the highest.The higher the grade of CIN was,the higher the HPV infection rate was,and the highest infection rate of HPV-16 among all levels of CINII. |
