Objective:This subject is to draw lessons from clinical Antibiotics managementexperience at home and abroad, aiming at the existing problem of domestic clinicalAntibiotics management, computer network system is applied to research clinicalAntibiotics management of clinical effect. Development of hospital clinical use ofantimicrobial agents in the query and analysis software, the use of computer network,rapid retrieval and statistical and partial usage of Antibiotics. By analyzing the clinicaluse of antimicrobial drugs frequency and frequency of prescription of antimicrobialdrugs, combined with antibiotic and antimicrobial drug use strength index to evaluatethe hospital management level of antimicrobial drugs. The significant difference at χ2said, thecomparison between the two groups using t test; The measurement data with mean and standard deviation P<0.05for statistical significance.Results:Is the inevitable trend of the future development of hospital informationmanagement system of the use of Antibiotics Management Information System(AMIS),The hospital business process optimization, greatly improve the hospital managementlevel, the establishment of a patient centered service mode, achieved good socialbenefits, economic benefits and management benefits, achieve the basic goal of thehospital information construction. After application of antibiotics managementinformation system(AMIS), the experimental group on the number of outpatientantimicrobial prescription than the control group was reduced by6.43%, theexperimental group of antimicrobial use m discharges ratio than the control group wasreduced by4.11%, the experimental class I operation antimicrobial drug use than theother group was reduced by4.8%, the experimental group and antimicrobial drug use inhospitalized patients strength(DDD)than the control group was reduced by28.88,after inspection P <0.05, statistically significant, suggesting the significant differencebetween the two groups.Conclusion:In this paper, the application background of antimicrobial drugsmanagement system platform and the value of antimicrobial drugs management systemand method are summarized, and expounds the application system platform throughpractice monitoring management the main effect of antimicrobial drugs. Verified bycomparative analysis, the study on the management level and significantly improve theadvance of antimicrobial drugs. Clinical antibacterial drug management system forclinical antibacterial drug use computer network provides an effective means of guidingand monitoring. Antibacterial drug management system, our management has becomethe necessary tools for clinical medical work, can provide data for clinical antibacterialdrug management analysis support, improve the level of clinical antibacterial drugmanagement, standardizing medical behavior, improve the quality of medical treatment.
