Objective: Based on the clinical data of patients with Fournier gangrene summary,to explore the diagnosis and treatment measures. Methods: Fournier gangrene patients in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical Universit y between January 2012 to 2017 October were retrospectively anal yzed,to summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of cases. Results: 34 cases of Fournier gangrene patients were retrospectively analyzed, mean age 51.1±17.5 years,17 cases were cured(50%),improved in 14 cases(41.2%),transferred 1 cases,2 cases patient died. The mean hospitalization days was 30.7±17.3 days.1.Group By age 60: there was no significant difference in two group between the days of hospitalization, application of antibiotics, antibiotic use duration,LRINEC,FGS I,respectivel y.(P > 0.05).2.Group b y LRINEC score 6,there was no significant difference in two group between the days of hospitalization, application of antibiotics, and antibiotic use duration,(P > 0.05),there was significant difference in FGSI contrast(7.46±2.44 vs.2.65±2.66,P < 0.05).3.Group by whether patients with diabetes mellitus, there was no significant difference in two group between the days of hospitalization, application of antibiotics, antibiotic use duration,LRINEC,respectivel y.(P > 0.05).there was significant difference in FGSI contrast(6.3±3.8vs.3.6±3,P < 0.05);4.Group b y whether complicated with other diseas e,there was no significant difference in two group between the days of hospitalization, application of antibioti cs,antibiotic use duration,LRINEC,FGSI,respectivel y(P > 0.05).5.Group b y whether cultured from the secretion.there was no significant difference between application of antibiotics(P > 0.05),there was significant difference in the duration of hospi talization comparison(36.7±15.9 vs.18.6±9.5days,P < 0.05),there was significant differences between the antibiotic use duration(21±11days vs.10.6±5.9days,P < 0.05).Conclusions: Once the Fournier gangrene was diagnosed, petients had to be treated with "complete debridement and drainage" immediatel y.Patients with diabetes mellitus often suffer from severe disease.Whether or not microbiological culture is instructive for treatment. At the same time, timely and rational applicatio n of antibiotics and general support therap y is of great value. The following principles should be followed in the treatment of FG:(1)Aggressive surgical debridement until the location of fresh tissue bleeding, and the wound continues to drainage.(2)Combination of broad-spectrum antibiotics and sensitive antibiotics according to the results of bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test.(3)Active whole bod y support therap y to correct hypoproteinemia, anemia, electrolyte disorder and so on.(4)Active treatment of primary disease and prevention of complications.
