Combined With Vacuum Sealing Drainage Treatment Of Fournier Gangrene

Study on Fournier gangrene(FG)in the etiology,diagnosis and combined with vacuum sealing drainage traetment therapeutic effect and prognosis of FG.Method21 FG patients admitted in our hospital clinical data and retrospective analysis of the treatment options,clinical treatment and therapeutic effect.All patients admitted with early debridement and enough antibiotics to control the infection,after using negative pressure drainage apparatus operation covered,including cystostomy 1 cases and 2 cases of intestinal fistula.15 cases of wound surface of ? stage suture,flap transplantation in 4cases.Result 19 patients survived,1 case of patient infection sepsis occurs when,leading to multiple organ failure and death,sudden death in 1 case of sudden blood clots after fall off.Conclusion Early debridement and suturing,timely use of antibiotics,postoperative wound suction is an effective means of treating FG.Illness after stable phase ? line wound suturing and skin graft is essential.
