Objective:This study examined and analyze the serum Fetuin-A and blood lipid levels in the CagA-positive group,CagA-negative group,Hp-negative group? In addition,it also investigate whether CagA(Cytotoxin-associated gene A)genotype H.pylori infection caused a different serological expression with non-CagA type in the process of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),The aims is to further understand the correlation between high-toxic Hp strain infection(CagA)and NAFLD.Method: Select non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients from xxx's Hospital Physical Examination Center from June 2017 to September 2017.All subjects underwent abdominal ultrasound and urea breath test;according to serum CagA protein expression, they will divide patients infected with H.pylori with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease into CagA-positive group and CagA-negative group.Patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver without H.pylori infection were the control group.Collect and compare serum Fetuin-A,TRIG,CHOL,HDL-C,LDL-C from the three groups. We analyzed whether there was a correlation between Fetuin-A and abnormal lipid metabolism.SPSS statistical methods were used to organize and analyze the data.Result: 1.The levels of serum TRIG and Fetuin-A in CagA-positive group were significantly higher than those in CagA-negative group and Hp-negative group, while HDL levels were significantly lower in CagA-negative group and Hp-negative group;2.Serum Fetuin-A levels in Hp-positive patients were significantly higher than those in Hp-negative groups, and HDL levels were significantly lower than those in Hp-negative groups.Fetuin-A was positively correlated with TRIG and negatively correlated with HDL.Nosignificant correlation was found between Fetuin-A and other markers(P>0.05).3.HDL-C is an independent influencing factor of serum Fetuin-A levels. Conclusion: 1.The results of this study showed that NAFLD patients with highly virulent CagA-positive H.pylori-infected strains are more prone to abnormal lipid metabolism and increase of fetuin A;2.In the potential mechanism of H.pylori-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, abnormal lipid metabolism may have some relationship with fetuin A levels.
