Objective To observe the effect of “ Fangfenggubenkeli ” on moderate-severe persistent allergic rhinitis patients with lung depression and spleen deficiency.Methods 100 patients with moderate-severe persistent allergic rhinitis with lung depression and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into two groups : the study group and the control group.The study group was given the treatment of Chinese medicine(Fangfenggubenkeli),for short Chinese medicine group,and the control group was treated with stand ard western medicine(Nasal glucocorticoid and antihistamine),or western medicine group,Before treatment,1 weeks after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,3 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,use the 4 symptoms of the nose(Including nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose and stuffy nose)to score one by one by "four points" and Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the overall feeling(4 patients' symptoms and quality of life including sleep,daily life and wo rk and study)to evaluate the therapeutic effect,To evaluate the efficacy and clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine “ Fangfeng gubenkeli ”.Results I1.Two groups of patients before treatment,nasal itchi ng symptoms "four points" score,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);after treatment,there was a very significant difference between the two groups in the nasal itching s ymptoms group(P<0.01),and the control group improved significantl y.2.Before the symptoms of sneezing " four points " score of two groups had no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);the two group after treatment,the s ymptoms of sneezing between two groups one week after treatment,two weeks and three weeks were significantly different(P<0.01),the control group improved significantly;After four weeks of treatment,there was no explicit difference(P>0.05).3.The runn y nose "four points " score of two groups had no statistically significant dif ference(P > 0.05);the two group after treatment,there were significant differences between the groups runny nose(P<0.01),the control group improved significantly.4.The two groups before the treatment of nasal symptoms "four point" score,there were no significant differences(P > 0.05);the two group after treatment,the difference was significant before three weeks of nasal symptoms between the groups(P<0.05),the control group was improved significantl y after treatment;four had no significant dif ference(P>0.05).5.Two groups of patients before treatment,the overall feeling of VAS score,there were no significant differences(P > 0.05);,the two groups after treatment,the overall feeling between two groups after one and two week of treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05),the control group improved significantly;after 3 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference between groups(P > 0.05);after four weeks treatment there was significant difference(P < 0.05)and the study group improved significantl y.Conclusions 1.The effect of “ Fangfenggubenkeli” on allergic rhinitis is effective2.The effect of “ Fangfenggubenkeli ” in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in 3 weeks is not better than that in western medicine group.3.The effect of “ Fangfenggubenkeli ” in the treatment of allergic rhinitis was better than that of the western medicine group at 4 weeks.4.4.The effect of “ Fangfenggubenkeli ” in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is slower than that of Western medicine.
