Objective: To understand the quality-of-life of starting stroke patients in the Delta of Pearl River and to explore the influential factors that affected their quality-of-life,then only knowing the influential factors of quality-of-life can we provide reference to formulate intervention measures for the relevant departments. Methods: A descriptive,cross-sectional study was used,According to the geographical position of different areas and economic status in the Delta of Pearl River,By convenience sampling,A total of four cities in the Delta of Pearl River were selected:Zhuhai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Shunde;Five hospitals were selected:the Fifth Affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical University(Zhuhai),Zhuhai People's Hospital,Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University,Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital and the First People's Hospital of Shunde.326 stroke patients were recruired in this study, and the telephone interview was conducted in 3 months after discharge, and 287 stroke patients were Participated in a return visit.Use Epidata3.1 to establish the database, the questionnaire results take double double entry, compared to two input data.SPSS13.0 software package for analysis of results.Results:(1)The prevalence of anxiety and daily living ability: The anxiety self-rating scale of hospitalized stroke patients in the PRD was 45.3 ± 9.1 and the anxiety was 26.7%;the anxiety score was decreased 3 months after discharge 40.9 ± 10.9 points, anxiety patients accounted for 18.5%.The average score of activity scale of daily living during hospitalization was 26.3 ± 10.6 points, the patients with impaired daily living activity accounted for 77.3%,and the average score of activities of daily living decreased 3 months after discharge to 20.6 ± 8.3 points,Occur in activities of daily living impaired patients accounted for 52.6%.(2)Status of quality of life: The eight dimensions of SF-36 were lower than that of normal population(P<0.05).Except for vitality dimension, the remaining seven dimensions were lower than that of normal American population. After 3 months of discharge,The emotional dimensions of physiological function, physiology, general health, body pain, social function and role are lower than those of the United States and China, and their vitality and mental health are higher than those of the United States and China's norm population. In addition, the quality of life scores of patients at 3 months after discharge were significantly higher than those during hospitalization.(3)Influencing factors of quality of life: The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the physiological function of stroke patients in the Pearl River Delta were marital status,ADL score,self-care and payment of medical expenses.Four factors could explain the relationship between total physiological function 69.1% of the total variance; The factors influencing the physiological function of stroke patients in the Pearl River Delta were stroke location,ADL score, comorbidities, payment methods, rehabilitation and severity.Six factors explained the total variation of physiological function dimension And 30.5% respectively.Factors influencing the overall health dimension of newly stricken stroke patients in Pearl River Delta were marital status, stroke type,ADL score,SAS score and self-care.The five variables explained 29.6% Among the factors influencing the body pain in newly stricken stroke patients in the Pearl River Delta Region, there were three factors: home address,ADL score and SAS score, which could account for 32.3% of total variance of body pain dimension;Vital factors include stroke type, stroke site, drinking history, economic status,SAS 7 factors can life of stroke patients hospitalized and at 3 months after discharge compared with that of normal norm groups at home and abroad, both SF-36's physiological function, general physiological function, body pain, vitality, social function and role emotional dimension There are different levels of damage, the most significant decline in physiological function.Marital status, home address, economic
