Because of the abuse of antibiotics in rear livestock and breeding industry,which lead to antibiotics pollution in environment moer seriously nowadays,antibiotics pollution in environment become hotspot in international science.however the antibiotics pollution in foodstuff not arouse enough attention,especially the research about antibiotics pollution in vegetable is blank place. The antibiotics pollution in vegetable could cause the same human health risk as drug residues (for animal food) and pesticide residues (for vegetable crops or plant food). This article researched quinolones antibiotics(QNs) pollution characteristics in the vegetables in Pearl River Delta Area. The analytical method using ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-MS/MS) was optimized for the determination of quinolone antibiotics in vegetables in this paper, which was used to determined QNs in t vegetable in Pearl River Delta.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)The analytical method using solid-phase ultra extraction-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was optimized,which simultaneously determine four QNs in vegetable.All recoveries of QNs in three different concentrations (5,50,100μg/kg) were main about 70%. RSDs werel.30-7.23,and most were below<5%.The limits of detection were 0.06-0.09μg/L and the limits of quantification were 0.18-0.31μg/kg.(2)Four QNs were existed on degree in vegetable in Dongguan province,dominated with NOR, CIP,ENR.and the indentified rate were all above 80%except LOM. The average concentration of NOR, CIP,ENR in vegetable were 19.85,19.76,16.72μg/kg,and the maximum concentration were 212.42,193.32,107.14μg/kg. The quantities of LOM was much little(average concentration was 2.63μg/kg,and most of the concentration(>90%) were between 0-50μg/kg.there were 5%concentration of LOM above 100μg/kg.The total concentration were between 1.92~160.45μg/kg.The average concentration of total concentration was 46.34p.g/kg.There were about 20%total concentration above 100μg/kg. There different concentration of four QNs in vegetable with different towns; The order of average concentration of four QNs in different type vegetables was leaf vegetables (49.75μg/kg)> root vegetables (34.68μg/kg)>melon vegetables (11.21μg/kg)(3)A11 concentration of quinolones(QNs), tetracycline (TCs), sulfonamides(SAs) were very lowly in Foshan province. The order of average content of antibiotics in vegetable wasΣQNs (6.94μg/kg)>ΣSAs(5.07μg/kg)>ΣTCs(0.02μg/kg),dominated with ENR,CIP,SD and SM2 repecially.SMT wasn't found in vegetable Just oxytetracycline was found of four TCs in vegetable.the concentration of underground part of vegetable was less than overgroud part of vegetable.(4)The indentified rates of four QNs were above 93%with the samples from Guangzhou supermarket especially ENR was 100%.The total concentration of QNs were in the range of 10.16~193.25μg/kg.Most of the total concentration of samples (75%) were below 100μg/kg,and the average concentration was 74.38μg/kg.The order of concentration with different type of vegetable was leaf vegetables> melon vegetables> root vegetables.The concentration with different grade vegetables was different,and the order of average concentration was green vegetables>pollution-free vegetables>organic vegetables>ordinary vegetables.There were much diversity of the total concentration between different samples which come form Guangzhou vegetable field.The maximum concentration was 139.85μg/kg,and the average concentration was 42.15μg/kg.Most of concentrations in the range of 10-50μg/kg.The results were same with other regions,dominated dominated with ENR,CIP, with the indentified rate above 80%. The indentified rate of LOM was47%.The lowest indentified rate was NOR.The concentration of CIP, ENR, NOR and LOM were 90.54,34.80,31.43 and7.69μg/kg respectively. Different type vegetable had different characteristic of antibiotics.The order of maximum concentration was leaf vegetables> root vegetables.(5)Reference to the animal food safety evaluation, we acquired with vegetable food safety evaluation method. This method was applied to evaluate vegetable safty. The results showed that all samples form Pearl River Delta Area didn't lead to potential danger of the quinolones pollution.
