?Objective?To discuss the methods of the animal model and provide the basis for animal experiments through establishment the peri-implantitis of animal model.That dynamically monitored the clinical indicators and detection of subgingival predominant bacteria in the occurrence and development of peri-implant inflammation,and understood the abundance of the dominant bacteria in peri-implant peripheral inflammation,which provided targeted guidance for subsequent drug treatment of peri-peritis.?Methods?Seven adult Japanese white rabbits were used in the study,the mandibular anterior teeth of each rabbit were minimally extracted and two dental implants were inserted immediately,put on gingiva abutment,silk ligatures were placed on the neck of abutment after four weeks,then induce plaque deposited,observed the model regularly through the comparison of clinical indicators,X-ray and Micro-CT.The gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)were collected at the three stage that before the operation,when modeling,after more than a month.Analysis of the various stages of bacterial abundance using Illumina Miseq platform,that provide guidance for the conservative treatment of peri-implantitis.?Results?1.The results of immediately implantated,silk ligatures in 0,2,4 weeks were observed respectively,the plaque adhered,gingival swelling,the probing depth(PD)become deeper;X-ray and Micro-CT scan showed the “V “ type absorption of bone around the implant,and the implant screw threads were exposed to varying degrees.2.The abundances of microbial flora around the implants during the development and development of the peri-implants of the rabbit animal model were changed.The main microorganisms in healthy implants are: Fusobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Proteobacteria,Firmicutes;The main microorganisms of peri implant are: Fusobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,Actinobacteria.?Conclusion?The methods that immediate planting and silk ligatures were used to establish peri-implantitis in the rabbits mandibular anterior teeth is practicable,that provided an effective experience for rapidly establish animal model and experimental research on the animals in the peri-implantitis.According to the monitoring of microbial communities around the implants,it is found that the abundance of microbial communities in different stages is different,show that bacteria at different stages play different roles in the occurrence of peri-implant inflammation.It is beneficial to explore the advantage of the peri-implants for the treatment of peri-implants for clinical drug targeting and to improve the life of the implant.
