The Curative Effect And Value Of Shugan Jianpi Liyan Decoction In The Treatment Of Reflux Pharyngitis

Objective: To observe the curative effect and value of Shugan Jianpi Liyan Decoction in the treatment of reflux pharyngitis.By observing the changes of symptoms and signs before and after the treatment,further explore the theoretical basis and feasibility of Chinese medicine treatment of reflux pharyngitis,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of reflux pharyngitis and more effective new methods and new ideas.Methods : The study was conducted in a randomized,parallel,controlled manner.264 patients with reflux pharyngitis were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=132)and control group(n=132).The complete concealment of sequential encoding and opaque envelope seals was adopted.The eligible patients were recruited by the outpatient doctor,and the patients accepted the inclusion criteria and signed the informed consent to receive the sealed envelope.After opening the envelope,the patient was treated according to the prompt.The control group received omeprazole 20 mg oral with 1 times/d and mosapride 5mg oral with 3 times /d,and the study group was treated with Shugan Jianpi Liyan Decoction.The reflux symptom index(RSI)scales,The reflux finding score(RFS)scales,TCM syndrome score before and after one month treatment,the lower esophageal sphincter(LES)resting pressure and pepsin concentration at before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks of treatment of patients were osberved,and the clinical efficacy and safety of drug use of two groups were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease and symptom types between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the RSI score before the clinical intervention(P > 0.05).After the intervention,the RSI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P < 0.05),and the scores of RSI in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The RFS score had no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05).After the intervention,the RFS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score(P>0.05).After the intervention,the TCM Syndromes of thetwo groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the LES resting pressure between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).The resting pressure of LES was significantly higher than that before treatment at 2 and 4 weeks(P <0.05),and the resting pressure of LES in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment on pepsin concentration(P>0.05).The concentration of pepsin in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rates of the control group and the study group were 71.97% and 93.18% respectively(P < 0.05),and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the study group were 6.06% and 3.79% respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shugan Jianpi Liyan Decoction in the treatment of reflux pharyngitis is obvious.It can effectively reduce the pepsin concentration,increase the resting pressure of LES,improve the symptoms,signs and TCM Syndromes of the patients,and which is safe and reliable.
