| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoji Liyan Decoction in treating 72 cases of acute infectious laryngitis(internal fever of food product)in children.Methods:Seventy-two children from the second pediatric outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in the children with acute infectious laryngitis(Food accumulation with internal heat type).The randomized controlled method was used.The treatment group and the control group were 36 cases.Among them,the treatment group was treated with the former Professor Xiaofeng's experience Fang xiaoji Liyan Decoction for oral treatment;the Chinese patent medicine Qiqiao oral liquid was used as the control group.After the end of the two groups of treatments,the effects of the two groups were compared and the results were analyzed to draw conclusions.Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were96.67% and 83.33% respectively;Statistical treatment: p < 0.05,with statistical significance,and p < 0.01,the treatment group in the treatment of the greater advantage.Conclusion: Xiaoji Liyan Decoction has a significant effect on treating acute infectious laryngitis in children with internal fever of food accumulation.Moreover,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the course of drug application.The traditional Chinese medical treatment of the disease there is a great advantage,It is worth promoting. |
