Research On Quality Improvement Of Essential Public Health Information System Based On QFD

Informatization is an important means to promote the standardization and equalization of basic public health services,but the quality is uneven in quality of basic public health information system at present,users will encounter a lot of problems in the process of using,such as: lack of data standards,data is not accurate,or an incomplete information system with no change on business update constraints with the advance of basic public health services.The root cause of these problems is that they do not provide effective services to meet the needs of users from the user's point of view.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the needs of the basic public health service users and improve the quality of the basic public health information system according to the needs of users.It is in this background,we use QFD method to study the basic needs of public health information system users,realize the controllable user needs into the controllable factors of quality index system,and combined with the KANO model quality indicators will be divided into basic needs,expectations and charm needs three types,and according to the characteristics of these three types of the demand put forward corresponding quality improvement ways are: giving priority to basic needs,flexible service requirements and key charm demand.To improve the quality of the system,and further promote the equalization of basic public health services,and achieve the goal of basic medical and health services for all.In addition,the use of QFD tools used KJ method to organize the original user requirements,it is found that this method is very complicated and not easy to statistics,therefore,put forward using Han LP segmentation algorithm based on the statistics of the original data were stratified sorting,and implement the requirements of the project launched by JAVA programming method for the quality requirements of the project,to propose new solutions and tool method enriches quality demand expansion.
