Survey On The Status Quo Of Informatization Construction Of Public Hospitals In Grade Two And Above In Gansu Province

Objective: In order to promote and standardize the hospital information construction,analyze and evaluate the overall level of hospital information construction in Gansu Province,identify the existing problems and improvement strategies,and fill the gaps in investigation and research of hospital information construction in Gansu Province.At the same time,in order to promote the construction of hospital information,lay a foundation for the development of standardization,sustainability and quantification,provide quantifiable scientific basis for research and development of hospital information development strategy,and make scientific and accurate decisions for the government to improve hospital information construction.Sex provides theoretical support and provides reference for enriching basic theoretical research and policy analysis of hospital informationization in China,and plays an active role in further promoting the informatization development of Gansu's healthcare industry.Methods:(1)Literature research method: to understand and master the research progress of hospital informationization construction,hospital information standardization construction and hospital informationization evaluation both at home and abroad.(2)Questionnaire survey method: 225 questionnaires were sent to public hospitals of Grade 2 or above in Gansu Province.172 feedback questionnaires were received.The total feedback rate was 76.4%.There were 169 valid questionnaires,and the effective feedback rate was 98.3%.(3)Use Excel,SPSS and other software to analyze the survey feedback data.results:(1)169 hospitals in Gansu Province participated in the survey,accounting for 75.1% of the hospitals that should participate in the survey.Among them,the participation of the first category(34.6%)was the lowest.(2)Participation in the survey In hospitals,126(74.6%)hospitals set up independent information departments,and the number of full-time informatization workers was mainly concentrated at 5 or less.(3)The level of informatization of hospitals in Gansu Province was overall low,and the degree of informationization in individual hospitals was relatively high.In the comprehensive assessment of the level of informatization of participating hospitals,99(58.5%)hospitals were "unqualified," 52(30.8%)hospitals were "qualified," and 16(9.5%)hospitals were "good" and 2(1.2%)hospital "excellent".Conclusions: At present,the construction of hospital informatization in Gansu Province is still in the early stage of development.The investment intensity,safety mechanism,and talent team construction are gradually improving and expanding.At the current stage,the overall level of hospital information construction is low,and 99(58.5%)hospitals are “unqualified”.Individual hospitals are highly informatized,16(9.5%)hospitals are “good”,and 2(1.2%)hospitals are “excellent”.When evaluating with 9 types of evaluation indicators,the level of informatization of different indicators is different among different regions and different levels of hospitals.
