Objective:This study aims to evaluate PDCA cycle (plan do check action, also known as Deming circle) theory as the ministry of health teriary General Hospital Accreditation Standards Regulations (2011edition)" rating to follow the principle of value, and a3armour hospital of Yunnan province as an example to analyze the current situation of level hospital evaluation, for more objective evaluation and level hospital evaluation work to provide appropriate methodology basis and the suggestion, discusses PDCA cycle theory in the application of level hospital evaluation process.Methods:Through the theory study, and on the basis of the literature retrieval and clinical data collection, combined with clinical research, expert interviews and other methods, the PDCA cycle theory in the process of level hospital evaluation process; In Yunnan province some3armour hospital reviews as an opportunity, in strict accordance with the PDCA cycle of four stages and eight steps, namely:P (Plan)--Plan, according to the task goal and requirements, scientific planning; D (Do), execution, and implementation plan; C (Check)--Check, inspection results are consistent with the target, plan implementation; A (Action)-feedback, handling, processing, the results of check successful experience to be sure, standardization and promotion; Failure lesson of summarized, discovery and unresolved issues into the next PDCA cycle. Eight steps: situation analysis to find out problems; The influence factors of problem; Find out the main factors; Make plans and measures; Implementation plans and measures; Check the results; Results the standardized treatment; The legacy of problems into a PDCA cycle; Level hospital evaluation before and after the process used to evaluate the change of related indicators.Results:1.After the application of PDCA cycle theory "medical staff job satisfaction" has improved significantly. 2.After the application of PDCA cycle theory "inpatients satisfaction"has improved significantly.Conclusions:The application of theory of PDCA cycle in hospital evaluation, can promote " Promoting Construction, assessment to promote reform, evaluation and construction simultaneously, focusing on content" guidelines for the implementation of the, for some3armour hospital in Yunnan province, the empirical research, to prove the theory of PDCA cycle import to improve the health technical personnel satisfaction and overall satisfaction of inpatients in hospital, to form a good circulation of the quality management system, and embodies the spirit of "taking patients as the center", to improve hospital management level and service efficiency, the purpose of continuously improve service quality. But it is also found that effect of PDCA cycle theory can be put in place, the work is good or not is directly related with emphasis, head of the department. It can not be meet the intended purpose for the department head perfunctory with the evaluation and cope with the examination approach to review, or separated the assessment and the daily work, not implemented and recorded on usual. Is yet to be perfect, this study failed to reach level hospital evaluation, the theory of PDCA cycle in written evaluation, the evaluation of hospital, medical information, statistics and so on carries on the analysis of the application of; Invested a lot of people, goods, in the review, after review after how to consolidate the achievements, make employees keep continuous improvement after review the job enthusiasm, this is still the problem that managers should be seriously think about.
