Severe Brain Injury With Cerebral Hemorrhage Treatment Experience Of Coagulant Function Abnormality

Objective:To discuss severe brain injury with coagulant function abnormality clinical treatment and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods:Review xinjiang medical university in January 2010 to January 2014,46 cases of severe traumatic brain injury (GCS 3-8) combination of cerebral hemorrhage patients of coagulant function abnormality, Using pure muscle note clotting factors such as internal medicine conservative treatment group 20 cases (Internal medicine group) and muscle injection of blood coagulation factor while giving infusion of fresh frozen plasma and cold precipitation and line of invasive intracranial pressure monitoring probe implantation treatment group 26 cases (surgery group), compared two groups of prognosis, and severe traumatic brain injury with clinical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients of coagulant function abnormality. Result:The prognosis of surgery group was obviously better than the medicine group. Conclusion:Severe brain injure with coagulant function abnormality of the cerebral hemorrhage fatality rate is high, the prognosis is poor, with the method of comprehensive treatment, is expected to improve its prognosis.
