ObjectiveApplication through the comparative study on the treatment of 5% and 25% in the human blood albumin human blood albumin, which respectively applied to elderly critically ill patients in the clinical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, through clinical observation, data statistics to the study of cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients with severe hemodynamic and different effects of intracranial pressure. In order to provide support for using human blood albumin in elderly patients with sever cerebral hemorrhage,we respectively infused 5% and 25% human blood albumin in this kinds of patients without surgery to observe their clinical effect, hemodynamic and intracranial pressure changesMethodsWe enrolled 100 cerebral hemorrhage patients who admitted to the ICU of Shanghai Seventh People's hospital from January 2014 to June 2104 They were randomly divided into two groups,on the base of internal treatment, patients in group A infusing 25% human blood albumin 50 ml qdand patients in group B infusing 5 % othe human blood albuminqd. The total duration is 10 days.We monitored the hemodynamic and intracranial pressure changes, renal function,,liver function, coagulation function and ECG at the 0h and 1h after infusing albumin. We also compared the NIHSS,clinical effect and image of CT scanning before and after treatment. All of the data were analysed by SPSS 18.0.There is a statistic difference when P<0.05.ResultsThere were no statistic difference between the two groups in gender, age, liver function, kidney function, cardiac index,end-diastolic volume, intracranial pressure and GCS score. After treatment, the average cardiac index, and end-diastolic volume in group A were higher than that of in group B(P < 0.05).The mean intracranial pressure in group A was significantly lower than thatof in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups at 28 days after treatment.ConclusionHuman blood albumin has significant effect in decreasing the intracranial pressure for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.5% human blood albumin is superior to 25% human blood albumin in keeping the hemodynamic stability.
