Serum Nse Levels And Medical Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Best Critical Amount Of Bleeding Of The Correlation

Purpose: To explore Chinese medical treatment in different volume of blood cerebral hemorrhage model rats serum of the dynamic change of neuron specificity enolase (NSE), seeking to define the best volume of blood scope by this biochemistry target which limits the curative effect . The subject of "85" project based science and technology, the proprietary Chinese medicines of Xingnaojianshen capsules and Qingkailing injection for the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage on behalf of Chinese medicine, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology, and observing the change of serum NSE of different volume of blood cerebral hemorrhage model rats after 3 days, then define the best critical volume of blood of this target limits of Chinese medicine treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Method: Divides the rats into 9 groups, supposes the sham-operation group; the Chinese medicine treatment group and intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) model group, according to the volume of blood, then sub-27ul, 40ul, 53ul, 67ul four groups. Model of ICH using autologous blood inject into caudate nucleus to become the mold. Sham-operation group do the same work, but not inject blood. Model score to judge the success of the Zea-longa reference methods and measured every day after the model of rat body weight and neurological function score. After the operation the rats were killed on day 3, samples collected after the measurement of serum NSE value.Result: NSE : The treatment group curative effect were better than the model group, 27ul and the 40ul effect are the best (p﹤0.01); makes the difference with the sham-operation group's serum NSE density, discovered that the serum NSE level of treatment of group 27ul and 40ul reduced significantly. NDS: Compared treatment group 27ul and 40ul with the model group were statistically significant. Take the model 27ul and 40ul groups as a cut-off point of serum NSE for ROC curves analysis. The results showed that cerebral hemorrhage and irreversible injury to reach the level of the initial definition of the value of serum NSE at 19.95ng/ml (Se to 87.5%, Sp 81.2%) to 21.65ng/ml (Se to 81.3%, Sp 70.8%) range. Conclusion: Assessment of serum NSE as a target, irreversible injury of cerebral hemorrhage which reached the level of initial serum NSE value is at 19.95ng/ml -21.65ng/ml to define the scope, the Chinese medicine treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage's best critical volume of blood scope in 40ul is equal in 30ml which bleeds in the human brain. Therefore, serum NSE for clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage provide an objective evaluation of the extent of neuronal damage diagnosis and prognosis.
