Objective:Explore the ICU medical patients in the treatment period of treat-ment,monitoring of blood albumin, prealbumin, blood cholinesterase, blood lactic acid and APACHEâ…¡score to the patient's condition critical cases with prognosi-s assessment of the correlation studies role. Methods:Choose 2009 September-in August 2010 internist in our hospital from ICU inpatients 133 example, into 77 cases(eliminate:after surgery patients, day in hospital<48h,acute poisoning,et al).Record the history and material, Hos-pital of patients for APACHE II score (Within 24 hours admission, hospitalizati-on, before discharge) and take the high value;Record the numerical of albumin, blood cholinesterase, prealbumin and blood lactic acid, calculates the average and record the blood cholinesterase, albumin, prealbumin low value and blood lactic acid high value. Comparative analysis of death with live group, multiple organ failure group with the multiple organ failure group of blood albumin, prealbumi-n, blood cholinesterase, blood lactic acid and APACHEâ…¡score rating value differences. Comparative blood albumin, prealbumin, blood cholinesterase, blood lactic acid and APACHEâ…¡scores Pearson correlation and between blood albumin, prealbumin, blood cholinesterase and blood lactic acid Pearson correlation. Compared with live group of death blood lactic acid concentration dynamics. Results:Blood albumin mean and low value, prealbumin mean value in the death group and the difference between live group was not statistically significant (P>0.05), prealbumin low value, blood cholinesterase, blood lactic acid and APACHE II score value in the death group and the difference between live group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Blood albumin mean value, prealbumin mean and low value in multiple organ failure group with the multiple organ failure not statistically significant differences (P>0.05), Blood albumin low value, blood cholinesterase, blood lactic acid and APACHE II score in the value of multiple organ failure with the multiple organ failure groups was statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis in blood lactic acid concentration and APACHE II score positively related closely related(P<0.05), there was no significant correlation between blood albumin, blood cholinesterase, prealbumin and APACHE II score (P>0.05). Cholinestera-se,blood albumin changes with lactic acid changes with a negative related, the value of the lactic acid increased trends, blood cholinesterase and blood albumin values are reduced tendency. However, prealbumin with lactic acid before the change unrelated. The charge of blood cholinesterase and blood albumin were positively associated; and prealbumin between blood cholinesterase change unrelated;blood albumin and prealbumin changes were positively correlated. Death group and live group blood lactic acid concentration dynamic change was statistically significant (P<0.05).Clusion:According to the correlation analysis and the dynamic analysis, lactic acid level on the prognosis of patients with severe in high and dynamic strong and sensitive qualitative good characteristics;blood lactic acid level and APACHE II value correlation was positively associated, blood lactic acid level higher, the worse prognosis; the blood cholinesterase level on the critically ill patients with moderate to seere have relevance, its value is lower, the worse prognosis; blood albumin, prealbumin, blood cholinesterase on the prognosis of patients with severe has certain value, level is lower, the worse prognosis; on the role of illness prognostic, blood lactic acid level sensitivity was the highest, blood cholinesterase, once again, is the prealbumin and blood albumin before.
