| Purpose: In peripheral blood of patients with cerebral hemorrhage as theresearch object,monitoring in large,small mount cerebral hemorrhage bloodIGF-1levels in24hours, seventh days, fourteenth days of dynamic change, andclinical predictors of intracerebral hemorrhage occurrence, development andprognosis of reference.Meaning: IGF-1widely exists in the nervous system, as a kind of nervegrowth regulation of biologically active substances, which is necessary in braindevelopment, reduce central nervous system damage, recovery of nerve cells,promoting the nerve tissue growth, has a very important role, not only forischemic cerebral vascular disease has significance, but also on hemorrhagiccerebral vascular disease of the same meaning.IGF-1in nervous system injury with resistance to apoptosis, regulation ofion channels, inhibition of excitatory amino acid, inhibition of nitric oxidetoxicity effect, so that blood IGF-1as cerebral ischemia and hypoxia injuryprotection agent in the treatment of cerebral injury of applications possible.With the ongoing clinical experiment, blood IGF-1may serve as a model of thecerebral protective agent for hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease clinicaltreatment.Methods: Using the ELISA method in20cases of the control group and54patients in the study group were statistically analyzed.Results: The experimental group54cases,through the head CT exami-nation confirmed,were putamen hemorrhage,collected24hours after onset,seventh days, fourteenth days of fasting venous blood5ml centrifugalpreservation, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the determinationof blood IGF-1content, through the graph method summarizes the time period, different bleeding amount cerebral hemorrhage dynamic changes of serumIGF-1.The experimental results show,the same amount of bleeding in differentperiod of blood IGF-1content compared with the control group had significantdifferences (P <0.05or0.01).The seventh day of illness group than within24hours of symptom onset, blood IGF-1content decreased,the fourteenth day ofillness with onset seventh days,serum IGF-1content increased,the twostatistically significant difference (P <0.05), However,24hours and fourteenthdays, two blood IGF-1content difference no statistical difference (P>0.05).During the same period of time, different amount of bleeding blood IGF-1content, in massive hemorrhage group than in the amount of bleeding in thegroup of low,the amount of hemorrhage group than the small hemorrhage group,two are statistically significant difference (P<0.05),cerebral hemorrhagebleeding and blood IGF-1levels of linear correlation analysis,the two werenegative related (r=-0.506).Conclusion:1ã€IGF-1levels in patients with intracerebral hemorrhagechange over time dynamic changes first decreased and then rebounded.2ã€the volume of intracerebral hemorrhage and blood IGF-1levels werenegatively correlated. |
