| Objective: Actively explore the intravenous drug deployment center to carry out stringent doctor’s advice after the centralized deployment of temporary medical advice service model,improve the service function of intravenous drug deployment center,the quality control circle,PDCA cycle,6S management and root cause analysis and other quality management methods applied to in the whole process design of stringent doctor’s advice of pharmacy intravenous admixture services,five aspects of the issuance,implementation,delivery and delivery of stringent doctor’s advice and service satisfaction of medical staff in response to stringent doctor’s advice in pharmacy intravenous admixture services and abnormal events related to stringent doctor’s advice in hospital were conducted management research.To explore the implementation of the above quality management methods in the systematic management of stringent doctor’s advice,to achieve a smooth flow of stringent doctor’s advice,satisfaction of medical staff and patients.Materials and methods:Will be transferred to a top three hospital doctors to issue stringent doctor’s advice standard compliance data,nurses stringent doctor’s advice execution time data,pharmacy intravenous admixture services stringent doctor’s advice delivery data,pharmacy intravenous admixture services service satisfaction survey data and hospital and stringent doctor’s advice related abnormal event data is divided into control group,experimental group.Before the systematic management of the November 2014-January 2015 data for the three months as a control group,the systematic management of the data from February 2015 to April 2016 period as the experimental group,calculated out of stringent doctor’s advice issued a standard compliance rate,nurses on the implementation of emergency medical compliance rate,pharmacy intravenous admixture services for stringent doctor’s advice delivery time pass rate,medical staff on pharmacy intravenous admixture services stringent doctor’s advice satisfaction and hospital and emergency the number of anomalies related to doctor’s orders was statistically analyzed.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to process the data,and the data of the control group and the experimental group were compared and analyzed.P <0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results: After the systematic management of stringent doctor’s advice of pharmacy intravenous admixture services,the standard rate of stringent doctor’s advice issued by doctors was increased from 68.28% to 96.04%(P <0.001)after comparative research and analysis.The passing rate of stringent doctor’s advice from nursing staff was 26.54% To 93.68%(P <0.001).The passing rate of stringent doctor’s advice for pharmacy intravenous admixture services increased from 67.23% to 95.67%(P <0.001),and the service satisfaction of medical staff to the pharmacy intravenous admixture services increased from 69.04% To 93.01%,respectively(P <0.001).The average number of anomalous events related to stringent doctor’s advice in hospitals was gradually reduced from 129 to 12 cases per quarter(P <0.001),with significant statistical difference(P < 0.001),with statistical significance.Conclusion: 1.This topic uses quality control tools such as quality control circle,PDCA cycle,6S management and root cause analysis to solve the problems encountered in the stringent doctor’s advice deployment of pharmacy intravenous admixture services,and has realized the smooth deployment of PIVAS deployment project goal.2.Pharmacy intravenous admixture services to focus on the deployment of stringent doctor’s advice for other hospitals to carry out stringent doctor’s advice centralized deployment projects,provided the basis. |
