Provincial Report About Providing The High Quality Clinical Pharmacy Services Of TCM

Objective:Recent clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical service of TCM is facing obstacle to launch.In this thesis,ways and methods of quality of clinical pharmacy services of TCM are discussed through exploring and practicing Chinese medicine hospital clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists.The objective is to improve the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy services and also to provide practical countermeasures to develop pharmaceutical service in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:1 To propose intervention to doctor's prescription through reviewing proprietary Chinese medicine prescription using PDCA cycle theory and analysis of irrational drug use of proprietary Chinese medicine.2To analyze non-dialectical phenomenon of the use of traditional Chinese medicine by Western medicine doctors and provide targeted suggestions.3To participate traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care.Pharmacists and physicians should cooperate to make the rounds,clinical medicine and nursing medication prescription,and furthermore focus monitoring patients on the of medication guide.4To develop traditional Chinese medicine consultation and to ensure that the combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine will be more safe and reasonable.Results:lln 2015,there were 1766 irrational prescriptions among 6000 extractions from January to June.After the implementation of the intervention measurements,the number of irrational prescription decreased to 1078 in same amount extraction from July to December in the same year.The prescription quality rate of dry prognosis increased from 70.57%to 82.03%(P<0.05).2Three typical non-dialectical phenomenon of Western doctor using traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed,and three suggestions were provided respectively.3 Two departments of clinical medication and medication adjustment program were guided.Two nursing units were also trained with nursing methods.135 patients were showed with medication guidance.There were only 28 cases alerted with the above content,but the number increased substantially to 128 after the propaganda and education.4.During the study and research in 2015,76 patients,two departments of doctors and nurses were provided with medication consultation.Conclusion:By the means of the practice of clinical pharmacy services,the implementation of pharmaceutical care and traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmaceutical care,the level of the hospital with proper Chinese medicine prescription has been raised.More importantly,patients and their families were guided to use Chinese medicine more properly.Last but not least,medical staff and patients achieved more deeply understanding of traditional Chines medicine knowledge through the development of traditional Chinese medicine consultation,which provides valuable references to expand the clinical pharmacists to carry out clinical pharmaceutical service path.
