Study On Improvement Of Urban Community Health Service Capacity Based On Service Chain

Urban community health service is an important part of the medical and health care system reform in our country.Although the state has issued a series of policy documents,due to the short time of development,the capacity of urban community health service in China needs to be further improved.Based on this background,this paper uses the methods of qualitative research and quantitative analysis to carry out the research work on how to improve the community health service capacity from the perspective of service chain theory.The main steps are as follows.First of all,the research background and significance are analyzed,and the bibliometric analysis is used to sort out the domestic and foreign literature of community health service.Then the research content and methods of the paper are finalized,and the research technical route is designed: qualitative research-construction of service chain framework-problem survey-strategy presentation-Countermeasures-research prospects;secondly,the core concepts of urban community and community health service are defined,and the relevant theories applied in the paper are introduced.After that,relevant literature on the needs of community health service is collected.In order to extract the content of requirements for community health service,the grounded theory is used to code and analyze the literature materials by use of Nvivo11.0.Thirdly,the service chain framework is constructed according to the service requirements and on this basis,the community health service institutions were investigated and a questionnaire survey is made to define the problems existing in the service chain framework and discuss the causes.Finally,some suggestions on the improvement of the capacity of community health service are put forward.Through qualitative and quantitative research,this paper comes into the following conclusion: the urban community health service chain framework mainly includes policy system service,basic medical service,public health service,the elderly service,complaints and advisory service.The problems existing in the urban community health services include low-level service awareness rate,incomplete service content and lack of service organization,lack of staff,and low service satisfaction.The causes of such problems are that insufficient propaganda about the community health service,and there is a deviation in the service concept of the community health service organization.At the same time,lack of staff and poor supervision mechanism of the service organizations.In view of this,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: the systematic planning of service process should be emphasized.The change of ideas in service process should be accelerated;The positioning of responsibilities in the government,community,market and social organizations shall be deepened.The participation rate of service objects should be expanded and detailed plans be made,in other words,to construct community health service system.There are also some flaws in this paper:(1)the sample data of the research needs to be more representative;(2)the research on the theoretical model of service chain is not deep enough,and the follow-up study needs to be continued.
