With the improvement of living standard in China,there is a growing demand for better medical services in the society.At present,the internet industry has been experiencing booming development.The traditional medical information system has rapidly switched to the internet environment.The dramatic reform marked by the integration with different industries is taking place in the realm of medicine.In recent years,the incidence of thyroid disease is on the increase.Under this background,the ultrasonic diagnosis has emerged as an important means of examining the thyroid disease.As a method of machine learning in the field of artificial intelligence,image identification based on deep learning can make it possible to conduct the ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid disease in an intelligent manner.Hence,it is of great realistic meaning and practical value to research how to apply the technology to the ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid disease as well as improve the diagnosis accuracy and user satisfaction.Virtual reality is a computer simulation system.Another research topic of this project is to analyze how to study the knowledge about thyroid disease in the virtual environment more effectively.After reading relevant literatures and materials,the researcher has made a comprehensive analysis on the current application and design of ultrasonic medicine,deep learning and virtual reality in the world.The positive meaning of this proect to the improvement of medical services will be also discussed.The ultrasonic medicine is faced with many problems,such as uneven distribution of medical resource,low efficiency of medical service and high learning cost.In addition,the researcher has analyzed the occupational features and psychological needs of those doctors by adopting the methods such as in-depth interview and self-experience.The advantage and disadvantage of competitive medical products have been also analyzed.From the perspective of efficiency,ease of use and subjective satisfaction degree,this paper has proposed the scheme for systematical design with the aid of deep learning and virtual technology.By means of the conversion between demand and function,two systematic frameworks for auxiliary diagnosis and teaching have been built.In view of the diversity of use scenario,this paper has built a multi-platform demonstration mode with the APP for auxiliary ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid disease,the Web for spreading the knowledge about thyroid disease and the application of VR teaching.According to the relevant design principles,the researcher has designed the systematic and interactive process by guiding the user behavior flow,labeling the information input and giving effective feedback on the operation.Hence,it can assist the doctor to make the effective diagnosis rapidly.Moreover,it can realize the purpose of reducing the learning cost for those medical personnel devoted to ultrasonic diagnosis.As to the aesthetic and psychological need of those doctors,this paper will elaborate on the systematic icon and interface design from the perspective of visual communication level and functional behavior level.Further efforts have been made to design the interactive flow chart and make the specification documents for visual design.It can help the developer finish the development rapidly and efficiently.After building the model for user scenario and guiding the user to participate in the experiment,the researcher has also tested the research achievements at the late stage.As shown by the testing results of those doctors giving ultrasonic treatment for thyroid disease and those students in the medical school,this system has been well received by those users.It can not only improve the working efficiency but also reduce the learning cost.It is hoped that the methods and conclusions in this project can provide valuable reference for the improved design of medical services.
