Objective:To investigating the level of stigma and quality of life in patients with stroke in Nanchang City,analyze the influencing factors of stigma,explore the relationship between stigma level and quality of life,and pay attention to the emotional needs of stroke patients to provide them with good psychological Support to reduce the stigma of patients,to provide a clearer direction for the care of patients with stigma in stroke in order to improve their quality of life.Methods:Purposive sampling method was used to select 190 patients hospitalized with stroke in four Hospital of Nanchang.A face-to-face questionnaire was conducted using Social Impact Scale(SIS),Quality of Life Questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF)and general data questionnaires.Descriptive analysis,t-value test,analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis were used for data analysis.The data were analyzed with spss 22.0 software package.Results:1.The subjects participating in this study were 43 to 85 years old and the average age was(66.95±8.704)years.2.The score of stigma in stroke patients was(58.84±6.815)points.The stigma level in female stroke patients was higher than that in male patients(P<0.05),the stigma level in stroke patients with poor self-care ability was higher(P<0.01),the level of stigma in stroke patients with other chronic diseases was higher than that of stroke patients without other chronic diseases(P<0.05),the longer the disease duration was,the higher the level of stigma was in stroke patients(P<0.05).3.The total quality of life of this study was 71.43±18.651.Multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis showed that the poorer the self-care ability,the lower the quality of life,P<0.01;the stroke patients with other chronic diseases had lower quality of life.Stroke patients without other chronic diseases(P<0.01).4.The total score of stigma in stroke patients was negatively correlated with the total score of quality of life(-0.519**).The total score of stigma was negatively correlated with the quality of life in various areas,including physiological(-0.449**),psychological(-0.478**),social relations(-0.443**),and environmental(-0.448**).Statistically significant(P<0.01).The economic uncertainty in the field of stigma was negatively correlated with the psychological field of quality of life(P<0.05),which was irrelevant to the other three areas.Conclusion:1.The level of stigma was maintained at the secondary level and downwards in the stroke patinets.2.Demographic variables(such as gender,self-care ability,chronic disease,and disease course)have a certain impact on the stigma level of patients with stroke.3.The level of QOL was maintained at the secondary level and downwards in the stroke patinets.4.Self-care ability and combined chronic diseases have a certain influence on the quality of life of patients with stroke.5.The level of stigma in patients with stroke is negatively correlated with the quality of life.The higher the level of stigma,the lower the quality of life.
