Clinical Effect Of Vibration Abdominal Therapy On Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of vibrating abdomen therapy on patients with primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis,so as to further guide clinical treatment.Methods: the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatme nt group was treated with vibrating abdominal therapy plus oral Chinese patent medicine.The control group was treated with only oral Chinese medicine.The changes of the two groups in the VAS score,TCM syndrome score and dysmenorrhea symptom scale were evaluated before and after the treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was carried out.Comparative analysis.Results: 1.a total of 67 cases were collected in this study,and 34 cases(1 cases of loss of loss)were completed in the treatment group,the completion rate was 97%,and 33 cases in the control group(2 cases of loss of loss),the completion rate was 94%.In the two groups,the age,course of disease,VAS score,TCM syndrome score,and dysmenorrhea symptom score were all P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups were comparable,and the 2.VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM syndrome score were compared in the two groups by statistical analysis,The results were p < 0.05 before and after treatment,and the results had significant difference.After the treatment,the comparison between the two groups were all P < 0.05,and the results had significant difference.The total effective rate of the 3.two groups in the curative effect was 78%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88%,and the rank sum test was P < 0.05.Statistical results were found.There are significant differences.Conclusion: vibro abdominal therapy is effective and reliable in improving the pain degree of the patients.It can improve the quality of life of the patients.It is safe and effective and has no side effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
