Background:Primary dysmenorrhea is lower abdomen pain as the main symptoms of women clinical common diseases, incidence of a disease can be as high as 91%, serious influence on women’s physical and mental health and quality of life. Modern medicine has yet to have its targeted therapy, modern medical treatment is given priority to with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, with the long-term curative effect is not obvious and the defects such as serious side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion have been shown to significantly improve the symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea, less adverse reaction and the forward curative effect is excellent. Tuina therapy, acupuncture and moxibustion all belong to the category of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, have the same theoretical basis, and has simple operation, easy to promote, direct, high security advantages, not only in muscle injury disease curative effect is distinct, in recent years has proved has remarkable effect for treatment of visceral disease. Zhenfu-tuina therapy as one of the important branches of zang-fu tuina, to form gas theory as the basic theory, represented by "song-zhen method" operating at abdomen as the main operation form, has a excellent effect at medical disease, surgical disease, gynaecology disease and male disease.Purpose:This research select primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congelation and blood stasis as as the research target, were observed by using the zhen-fu treatment of palm vibration manipulation as the main technique and the zhen-fu treatment of finger vibration manipulation as the main technique relief symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congelation and blood stasis, and compared with acupuncture treatment. Discusses zhen-fu therapy for the clinical curative effect of primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congelation and blood stasis.Method:Choosing patients who came to tuina department for treating,87 patients into a set of conditions, the patients were randomly divided into the palm vibration group, the finger vibration group and the acupuncture group, each group has 29 cases. Each patient recorded cox menstrual symptom scale (CMSS score), visual analogue scale (VAS score) and TCM symptom score before the treatment. In a week before menstruation, each patient treated by using the zhen-fu treatment of palm vibration manipulation as the main technique and the zhen-fu treatment of finger vibration manipulation as the main technique and acupuncture treatment for three times. The continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles. To carry out the follow-up survey after six menstrual cycle. After three cycles and six cycles, the scores were compared before and after the treatment.and compared between groups.Result:1. Cox menstrual symptom scale:After three cycles and six cycles, three group’s scores are significantly reduced (P<0.05) when comparing with the before, with each cycle is no difference between group (P<0.05). After three cycles of palm vibration group, finger vibration group, acupuncture group total effective rate were 96%,91.7% and 88%.After six cycles, the total effective rate was 64%,67%,80%, comparing curative effect, and there are no differences between groups (P>0.05).2. The visual analogue score:After three cycles and six cycles, three group’s scores are significantly reduced (P<0.05) when comparing with the before, with each cycle is no difference between group (P<0.05). After three cycles of palm vibration group, finger vibration group, acupuncture group total effective rate were 96%,91.7% and 76%.After six cycles, the total effective rate was 48% 62.5%,72%, comparing curative effect, and there are no differences between groups (P>0.05).3. TCM symptom score:After three cycles and six cycles, three group’s scores are significantly reduced (P<0.05) when comparing with the before, with each cycle is no difference between group (P<0.05). After.three cycles of palm vibration group, finger vibration group, acupuncture group total effective rate were 92%,87.5% and 72%.After six cycles, the total effective rate was 72%,62.7%,56%, comparing curative effect, and there are no differences between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. The zhen-fu treatment of palm vibration manipulation as the main technique and the zhen-fu treatment of finger vibration manipulation as the main technique and acupuncture treatment can significantly reduce the duration of pain, degree of pain, symptoms in TCM and accompanying symptoms in patients with primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congelation and blood stasis.2. The zhen-fu treatment of palm vibration manipulation as the main technique and the zhen-fu treatment of finger vibration manipulation as the main technique and acupuncture treatment for primary dysmenorrhea has significant short-term curative effect and the forward curative effect.3. The zhen-fu treatment of palm vibration manipulation as the main technique and the zhen-fu treatment of finger vibration manipulation as the main technique and acupuncture treatment have no significant differences on primary dysmenorrhea curative effect. To sum up, zhen-fu therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congelation and blood stasis has many advantages, such as significant curative effect, high security, efficient, easy to operate, comfortable, easy to accepted by the public and so on. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
