The Research Of Treating Insomnia That Caused By The Deficiency Of The Spleen And Heart Organ By Vibrating Abdomen

Object: To explore the clinical effect and mechanism of the vibrating abbominalmassage therapy mainly used in the insomnia treatment which is type of deficiency of bothheart and spleen.Method:60cases were randomly divided into two groups, therapeuticgroup and control group,30cases in each group.Therapeutic group mainly adoptedvibrating abdominal massage,while the control group takes the routine massage as acomparison,with a course of treatment about20days.Observe and analyse the variations ofTCM syndrome and the PSQI diagram before and after the treatment.Result:The curativeeffect of therapeutic group was superior to the routine massage,with better scores in TCMsyndrome and the PSQI diagram（P＜0.01）.Conclusion:There is a notable curative effecton the treatment of insomnia(the deficiency of the spleen and heart type)mainly withvibrating abdominal massage. the subject establishes the availability of vibratingabdominal treatment of insomnia(the deficiency of the spleen and heart type) by exploringits mechanism,and offers a new method in the prevention and cure of insomnia of thistype.
