Objective: 1)Applying the Rs-fMRI method to investigate the brain function of schizophrenic patients. Methods: We enrolled 26 schizophrenias(including 13 Uygur and13 Han)diagnosed by DSM-IV,and 21 sex, age, race, education years matched healthy First-episode relatives subjects(including 9 Uygur and 12 Han).A attending doctor accessed the schizophrenia patients PANSS,then underwent Rs-fMRI.Used ALFF,fALFF and ReHo of brain regions when single voxel these brain regions were defined as statistically significant difference brain regions(P<0.005).Results: 1)Compared with First-episode relatives normal control group, the ALFF values increased in Left inferior Occipital Gyrus,Left lingual Gyrus,Right middle Occipital Gyrus(P<0.005,Alpha Sim revised);but decreased in the Postcentral Gyrus(P<0.005).2)Compared with First-episode relatives normal control group, the fALFF values increased in the Right putamen(P<0.005).3)Compared with First-episode relatives normal control group, the ReHo values increased in the Right putamen;but decreased in the Left uperior Temporal Gyrus and Left medial Frontal Gyrus(P<0.005).Conclusion: In resting-state,the schizophrenia dysfunction in multiple regions, mainly in the Left inferior Occipital Gyrus,Left lingual Gyrus,Right middle Occipital Gyrus,Postcentral Gyrus,Right putamen,Left uperior Temporal Gyrus and Left medial Frontal Gyrus. These abnormal brain areas mainly involved brain default network structure and the frontal lobe-Striatum-cerebellar loop.It indicates that there are multiple brain regions dysfunction in schizophrenic patients compared with first-episode relatives, which may be related to the disease state of schizophrenic patients. It can also provide a reference for early diagnosis of brain dysfunction area in first-episode relatives of schizophrenic patients.
